This Privacy Policy describes how the תן לי יד Android application and web management system ("the Service") handle personal information. The Service is developed by Michael Lev ("mishmish", levmishmish14@gmail.com) on behalf of the "תן לי יד" organization.
1. Information We Collect
The Service collects the following information from registered team members:
- Account information: full name, email address, profile picture
- Authentication data: encrypted password or Google sign-in token
- Activity reports: program/framework, date, working hours, hourly rate, travel distance (km), and activity status
This information is collected solely for the purpose of managing team activities and generating salary and billing reports within the organization.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate and identify team members
- To record and display activity reports submitted by each member
- To generate monthly salary summaries and client billing reports for organization management
- To allow organization administrators to manage team members and activity data
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Data is accessible only to authenticated users and organization administrators.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only within your organization — specifically with the organization's administrator who uses the management dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any external third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
5. Third-Party Services

- Google Sign-In — optional authentication method. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play — app distribution platform. See Google Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active within the organization. Upon account deactivation, the organization administrator can remove your data from the system.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data stored about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data

8. Children's Privacy
This Service is intended for use by adult team members of the organization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
